Will we be working with the same people for the ENTIRE contract?

Rest assured that we always aim to have the same team members work with you throughout the contract. However, there may be unforeseeable situations like medical emergencies that could happen to any of our team members. In such cases, we have backup personnel ready to step in and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We always strive to provide you with the best possible coverage and minimize any disruptions.

Are your team members in our Time zone?

Our team members are from different regions of the United States. Our personnel all have experience working for prevalent firms based out of the United States but do business all over the world. We understand that working with people from different time zones can be challenging, so we pride ourselves in working multiple staggered shifts to be able to accommodate your firm's needs and respond to requests within a reasonable time with clear, concise communication. Can you do other things besides submit Ebills?

Yes, if you are a client in an e-bill system, we can assist you with a variety of tasks such as developing matter budgets, staffing matter plans, submitting timekeepers, accruals, status reports, and back-up documentation. We are also experienced in performing tedious tasks such as pulling and modifying back-up and LEDES before e-bills can be submitted, as well as reconciling and resubmitting appeals after the e-bills have been submitted. Our team has over 500 years of combined experience and is always up-to-date with the latest technology to ensure that we can handle any e-billing system.

How long does it take your firm to get up to speed?

We understand that time is precious, and we strive to get up to speed with your current processes as quickly as possible. Typically, we are self-operational after one billing cycle, but the time it takes also depends on how organized your department is and how clear your instructions are. We make sure to maintain detailed notes and instructions to minimize the time it takes to get up to speed. Additionally, we are adaptable and can change with your firm to reach its goals. We would be happy to meet with you and ensure that you receive the highest level of customer service.

Do you use the same systems we use?

With over 500 years of combined experience, our team has extensive knowledge of all the prevalent mainstream e-billing systems and many more. In a rapidly growing industry with new products and updates to those products rapidly changing and home-grown systems, it's virtually impossible to know everything about every system all of the time. However, we are definitely ahead of the curve thanks to monthly systems training and updates to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.

Can a cosolidation system like Billblast or eBillihub do your job?

We understand the mixed feelings around the use of a consolidation system, and while we support this decision, it's important to note that these systems are not perfect. They require a significant amount of monitoring, tweaking, and manual troubleshooting. It's also important to know that there is no consolidation system that is compatible with all ebill vendors. It simply doesn't exist. However, we are equipped with the knowledge to support your firm with or without a consolidation system. We can assist with making sure your consolidation system is configured properly and effectively monitored.
